Do I need to take supplements in your program?

Our nutrition recommendations utilize a whole food diet. Supplementation is only recommended if it is recommended by your physician for nutrient deficiencies. We encourage all of our clients to get their nutrition from eating a whole food diet if possible.

What exercise equipment is needed to start?

You don’t need anything to start. You may want to add in additional exercise equipment later on for your specific goals but nothing is required to start.

What can I expect out of the program?

If you are following the recommendations and put the effort in you will not only lose weight but you will feel great. Our programs are designed to optimize your health and wellbeing while helping you to get into the best shape. Our program is not about extreme workouts our extreme dieting. We focus on sustainable and healthy workouts and meals while helping to keep you injury free.

Will I regain the weight back after completing your program?

Our goal is for you to lose the weight and keep it off for life. We want you to complete our program and not need us after that. If we have done that we have succeeded. Everything that we will teach you is both practical and sustainable making it easy to continue as part of your daily routine. Once you start on this lifestyle and experience how great you can feel keeping up with it is easy. We know this from experience as both of us have lost weight and have kept it off for years. With our program you will change your relationship with food and use it as fuel for your body instead of as coping mechanism.
